You can activate the Company Chat App Integration in the Administration section under User Profile Configuration > Integration Options > Company Chat App Integration.
A Company Chat App Integration for Skype for Business and Microsoft teams is available. Only one Company Chat App can be activated at a time. By disabling all the options, the Integration is disabled.

If enabled, user profiles and organization charts in "prioritized" display mode will be enriched with a link for starting a Skype for Business chat with the user.

Be aware that the Skype for Business or Microsoft Teams link contains the user's email address. If you limited the rendering of the email address to administrators in the security settings, you should probably also disable this option. |
