Make sure that you disable the previous out-of-office feature in User Profiles for Jira (Microsoft Attributes Sync) after you have installed Out of Office Sync for Jira and Microsoft. If you leave the feature active in User Profiles for Jira (Microsoft Attributes Sync), users will receive 2 different flag messages when new assignees are out of office, which may cause confusion. |
