In Jira settings > Apps > User Profiles configuration on the Other configuration tab you can manage the following configurations: allow tracking and enable out-of-office feature.

This feature will be removed on June 1, 2025

Make sure that you disable the previous out-of-office feature in User Profiles for Jira (Microsoft Attributes Sync) after you have installed Out of Office Sync for Jira and Microsoft.
If you leave the feature active in User Profiles for Jira (Microsoft Attributes Sync), users will receive 2 different flag messages when new assignees are out of office, which may cause confusion.
