SharePoint: Activate App License

If you don’t have a valid license for your Jira site or your license has expired, you will see a message to license the app.

To license the product, the Confluence administrator will need to purchase a license for the SharePoint Connector for Jira app in the Atlassian marketplace.

Every Jira site needs to have an active license for the SharePoint Connector for Jira in order for the site to be used in SharePoint

Once activated a licensed product will look like the following.

From the moment you purchase a license, you will be able to freely use the app until the license is verified.

Please note that it could take some time to update the license status if you just activated the license. For this reason, you will see a warning message in the app until the license is verified on our end.

Users do not need to take action after the license is activated or is pending, they can directly use the app and start to link Jira issues.
