Metadata Permission Scheme (v 3.3)
Metadata for Confluence uses the following permission scheme.
Metadata set and field definitions
| Create, edit and remove Metadata fields and sets | See existing Metadata fields and sets |
---|---|---|
Global Metadata fields and sets | Confluence administrator | Any user with access to Confluence. This includes anonymous users when anonymous access to Confluence is enabled. |
Space Metadata fields and sets | Administrator of the space or Confluence administrator | Any user with access to Confluence. Access to the space is not needed. This includes anonymous users when anonymous access to Confluence is enabled. |
