Out of Office Sync for Jira and Microsoft enhances Jira Cloud with powerful automation features designed to streamline your team's workflow and improve productivity. The integration provides two main capabilities:

Custom Automation Action

In addition to field-based automation, Out of Office Sync for Jira and Microsoft introduces a custom automation action that can be added directly to your Jira automation rules. This action enables you to:

  • Perform predefined operation of reassigning work items back to the assigner when the current assignee is out-of-office.

  • Add custom comment to notify the assigner.

Custom Field Automation Integration

The app provides a specific out-of-office field that can be used to trigger automation rules.
